Air-con Illuminations

The day of the Christmas Eve when light snow gets off and couple is gay,
The doubtful package was delivered by Mr. postman .

Mr Postman : "Hello . It's mail . (to Eve .. a doubtful package like some adult toys it... Well, name of articles and circuit board (electronic parts) ... it's like the porn store mail order which writes to be computer parts etc. to the name of article column, and is deceived a stock in trade.)"
Me(Jeno) : "Yes . (stamp stamp ...)"

Mr Postman : "Hello, It's mail . Give me a stamp here . (does not he have the girlfriend by being in the house on Eve's day?.)"
Me(Jeno) : "(Ohhh .. it's snowing ...) Very cold today . It works on Eve's day, and it's hardship . Stamp, here you are ."

The products of a long-awaited Ao-Papa sign reached me though it did not know whether managing Mr. postman imagined it .

Illumination around air conditioner untouched up to now .
To make the air conditioner plate there is no spots and shine beautifully, I variously thought that I made the circuit board, and used chip LED with a wide direction characteristic .
but, I had left it up to now, because it takes time too much in One-Off .

However !!
He is the Ao-Papa truly . He did !.
Quality is very high .

Materials (by Blue Label)
	Surfaces are pure-white silk prints of all . It is the structure which took reflection of light into consideration . Chip LED made in Stanley (same to pure meter illumination manufacturer of the Fit/Jazz) is used . The current is limited by very small chip resistor .
	The bottom of the circuit board is a blue solder resist specification . A delicate technique is stylish . The logo is printed by the silk print .
	Examination lighting !. The temperature adjustment part is the gradation . It is thought well this, Though blue might be also all good, it becomes "Black" in blue light in the red print part in the temperature display part plate . Therefore, the gradation . and, I think no so much suitability in blue though it is a warm air .
	Cannonball type LED that shone on the cup holder changed to white LED of 5Ø . Two LEDs on the outside are for open/non-open air circulation display panel among 4 LEDs that grows from the circuit board . 2LEDs on the inside are for open/non-open air circulation switch knob .
Installing The installation is very easy . Refer to the Blue Label Web site for the detailed installation explanation .
	Removes the Audio panel from the vehicle .
	Let's upend and handily disassemble the air conditioner part. It's easy with only + driver .
	Removed air conditioner adjustment part . It's also removed although installed with the metal silver plate inside . It leaves a gold plate (a part for a photos). Let's make it to the cleaning, coz the inside is considerably dirty .
	Paste the double-faced tape on the back side of the LED circuit board . Adhesive power improves if the tape is warmed with the drier etc. because the tape is cold in winter .
	It's exactly fitting .
	For illuminations of open/non-open air circulation display panel . It is fine-tuned that the light of LED of the arrow is tried as directly as possible to each panel .
	Illumination for switch knob of open/non-open air circulation . Lights is transmitted to the resin of milk white, and it becomes the illuminations for knobs . The arrow side moved the knob to the non-open air circulation side . The position of LED which has grown from the circuit board is tuned finely .
	Here is open air circulation . It's fine-tuned that the light of LED tries here directly to the resin too .

The rest is reconstructed as before and is completion .
The wiring for Red and Black has gone out of the circuit board .
Branch connection is done to the pure illumination wiring by the Electro Taps .

Completion !!

At last,
It's unified with the illuminations of an audio portion and is quite good feel .
It shines beautifully without irregularity .
