SHARK ATTACK

Tuner's Brand of Germany where VW/AUDI/SEAT works on full Dress-up .
Although it is not handling with hard tuning of engine tuning etc., popularity is a zoom in the exterior parts such as the Aero/Wheels in these about several years .
(The style of the old model VW Polo was preeminently Coool in the compact car.)
And, JE's Wheels seems not to be obtained easily .
(Although there are also size which can put on a Fit/Jazz, being displayed by Europe Cars Dress-up Shop has not seen. Moreover, JE's Wheels are expensive in why.)

I felt privately that "SHARK ATTACK"was a third-rate item .
But, I hear that that JE DESIGN produces and I have purchased it instinctively .
Although it is the item used in order to hide the foundation of Radio antenna, since a Fit has an antenna in the front of a roof, it is not applicable to foundation hiding .
(Doesn't see it in shark's dorsal fin when installing it in front of the roof...)

Temporary, I thought that I painted it on the same color as the body, and it would attach rear side a roof .
The high-mount stoplamp was buried, and a practicable element was held concurrently because it was too dull in an easy installation .
It can slough off from the third-rate item of the ‚le First Spirit forcefully by this . (^-^)

Materials

Naming is "SHARK ATTACK"...
Maybe, brand name "an attack of a shark" thinks in Japan that it feels very cold ...

It is installed in the roof of new model BMW 7 series like this small version.
Though the antenna of something there.

Thin high-mount stoplamp of LED type.

I had gotten second-hand goods.
Now, It decreases sharply treating in the discount house of Bacx etc.
Because the high-mount stoplamp dares to be installed by the manufacturer standard as for a recent car, it seems not to sell it.

Processing

	Disassembled a stoplamp. Having wanted me is only this lens part.
	Stoplamp's LED. The voltage is adjusted with the resistor. By the way, it was four LED and a couple.
	Bury the lens in back part of the SHAKE ATTACK. Probably, the effect of vertical high-mount stoplamp will not be able to be expected so much. (^-^)
	It's space..., though it was able to be processed that so-so good. Difference between the lens and foundation is anxious, too.
	Thus, the putty was buried and it underwent plastic operation. It's better feeling in this. Spray the silver color and clear color after the groundwork processing. And, completes it.
	LED are newly exchanged. TLSH20TP 2.0V 20mA 11000mcd Use total 8 piece. Very bright with Ø5 Red LED. 2 systems with 4 piece a set, and 15mA CRD use in parallel in 1 system. 30mA more than the standard ratings current is flowed into LED. Because the max current is 50mA, it somehow to be safe?. Because I wanted brightness anyway as a high-mount stoplamp.
	The old LEDz of dismissal. If a data sheet is checked by the 30mA overdrive, 11000mcd will have risen at least to 17000 mcd. I ncidentally, the maximum rating is full they are at least 25000mcd when 50mA is flowed. It's likely to fit in by CPU clock up. (^-^)

Installing

	Coupler arrangement chart in rear gate. Wiring doesn't actually exist though wiring for the high-mount stoplamp is described in this. It might be the one that making JAZZ and shortly an obligation was considered. It had become fool's paradise. So, drawn around the wire.
	Wiring made it put into a rear gate from the washer tube and crawl. A cut is slight little as much as possible. Rain water is this place very well, If a cut is large, maybe water will infiltrate. Separately buying it only for this is why though it is perfect if the waterproof is caulked. Caulking tightly is safe when keeping loose. Here is a place where water splashes very much.
	The wire is made to be crawled to inside of a gate from there, and it bring a wire to a body side. Wire pulled by using the long wire made of aluminum for Bonsai. Considerably, something in the house is useful.
	Pass through the inside of the tube which has connected the rear gate and the body. When attaching this tube again, it checks repeatedly and attaches firmly. Rain water is infiltrated to a rear gate or the body, and it causes rust if it doesn't do so.
	The body side comes out in here.
	The wire for high-mount stoplamp (the thinner line White/Black) is coming to coupler from the body side. As for the coupler from the rear gate side, the terminal is pulled out. A body ground may be suitably used for minus, and since the black line of a coupler has fallen on GND, even if it connects with it, it is O.K. But, a black line is considerably thick wire because it is common with GND such as electrothermal lines and rear wiper motors etc. When connecting it by the Electro-Tap, it is taken care about the size of Electro-Tap not to damage it an inside core line. It will burn, if poor work is done.
	It installed it by such feeling. The wiring processing is done by Ty-Rap etc, so that wiring should not dangle and completion.

Isn't it a just third-rate item and is there somewhat practicality?.

Feeling of stop lamp at nighttime.

Since the unexpected place lit up perpendicularly when the brake was stepped on, it just called the following vehicle "?." (^-^)

It finished pleasantly quite .
At the beginning, the high-mount stoplamp function was embedded in the center of a rear wiper arm, and it thought as "Shaking tail LED" .
But, it has had an affair by knowing existence of this item .
